Lemon8 2025
8 as in, 8 rows of white grapes, predominately Riesling, (6 Riesling, 1 Sauvignon Blanc, 1 Semillon), fermented and matured in the ceramic amphora.
Golden in colour with a fluorescent green tinge and a matte finish. Extremely fine bubbles form a delicate, persistent mousse. On the nose, notes of lemonade, yuzu, jasmine, guava, and honeydew melon emerge with clarity and lift. The palate opens with grapefruit, supported by the fine bead which adds noticeable texture and weight.
Bright acidity carries through the mid-palate, finishing with a clean, energetic lift and an extended, lingering finish.
A textural and serious pét-nat with length and intent.
